Spring is here and the trash from winter needs to be picked up. Once again SD38 DFL volunteers are planning to pick up garbage along Cliff Lake Road outside of Target and Cub in Eagan. We've adopted the road as part of our commitment to make Eagan and Burnsville a better place to live. Many hands make light work. Come out and meet your fellow like-minded neighbors as we clean up and then have a hot breakfast!

We've adopted TWO streets in Eagan. We'll clean up Wescott Road between Lexington Ave. and Dodd Road on Saturday June 13th @ 9 AM. Watch our calendar for more clean up dates in August and September.

The streets of Eagan are a little nicer thanks to the volunteers from DFL SD 38. On a recent crisp Fall morning these 10 volunteers cleaned up the litter on the roads around Target and Cub near Cliff road. This is part of an ongoing commitment from DFL SD 38 to keep this road and Wescott road picked up. Thank you volunteers for your time!

What a great day! Hundreds of Eagan/Burnsville DFLers. Many of them familiar faces, and a lot of new ones as well. All dedicated to making real change happen. What an inspiration! Thank you all for coming and hearing US Senate Candidates Al Franken, Jack Nelson-Pallmeyer and Jim Cohen, Attorney General Lori Swanson and many others who are fighting to take back our country.
Real Patriots support Eagan's 4th of July Fun Fest and Fireworks

Soaring temps and occasional downpours didn't deter DFL SD38 volunteers from making a splash at Eagan's Fun Fest. (Hey, where were those supposed civic-minded ultra-patriotic Repubicans? They didn't support the festival with a booth!) The two-day event drew a huge crowd and was topped off by some spectacular fireworks. In case you missed it (or want to see it again) here is the fireworks finale.
